KYSA Blaze U15 Girls Selects met Penticton Pinnacles FC for the second time this season in TOYSL league play on Sunday, May 7, at West Highlands Field 2 and continued where they left off when the two teams first met a month ago in Penticton. Kamloops led 1-0 at the half on a goal from Nicole Thomas on a corner kick. In the second half a goal by Natalie Knight and a second marker by Nicole Thomas on a penalty kick gave the Blaze another 3-0 win over Penticton. Kila Pigeon recorded the clean sheet in goal for the Blaze. The KYSA Blaze U15 Girls Selects move to a record of 4 wins, 0 losses and 1 tie for the season and next see action against the Shuswap Selects in Salmon Arm on Sunday, May 14.
