KYSA Adds Scholarship Award for 2018!

The KYSA has announced that they have added one more scholarship award to the nine already announced for 2018.

The “Lynn Burrows’ Scholarship” in the amount of $500 has been added.

Lynn Burrows was a popular Director and President of the KYSA from 2005 to 2008. She finally succumbed to Cancer on July 12th of last year after a lengthy battle with the disease.

Lynn was the mother of four soccer-playing boys and wife to Will for 34 years. She was a dedicated volunteer for many worthy causes during her lifetime. She is credited with many positive initiatives during her tenure with the youth soccer association.

Eligible applicants for a KYSA Scholarship have until May 31st, 2018 to submit an application.
