U18 Blaze defeat Pinnacles 2-0

The U18 girls hosted the Penticton Pinnacles Sunday at Macarthur Island. After a scoreless half the blaze opened the scoring on a penalty kick by Jayda Lewis after Kendra MacDonald was fouled in the 18 yard box. With momentum on their side, the blaze added to their lead off a scramble where Kaitlin Ramsay potted her first of the season. Final score 2-0 Blaze. Girls are 2-0 on the season next up is Vernon this coming Sunday.
