KYSA Blaze Blue U13 Select Girls

The U13 KYSA Blaze Blue Select Girls played a TOYSL Exhibition Game on Sunday, May 27th against the Revelstoke Select team at the Queen Elizabeth Park in Revelstoke. The Blaze started out strong and battled throughout the game to come out with a 4 – 2 victory. In net, was Keeper Grace McDonald (#13) who was outstanding. Two goals in the first half were scored by Ava Trotta (#8) which led the Blaze to a 2 – 1 lead by the end of the first half. The Blaze continued to play hard in the second half. There were goals by Lolita Persad (#22) and Emily Piroddi (#21) to lead the team to a 4 – 2 victory. This game has led the Blaze to a record of 4 wins 4 losses and 1 tie.
Next game is this Sunday, June 3rd@11:00 a.m. at MacArthur Island in which the team will play hometown KYSA Blaze Orange U13 Select Girls.
